I think 15 mins before kick off in a city this size is fair - especially as the collection point isn’t at the ground so it’s not like you can rock up there at or after kick off and walk in

While I agree with that, Spurs literally refused to sell on any uncollected tickets to fans in Alkmaar, which to me is bullshit. By all means hold on to these tickets for the people that apply, but if they don’t turn up why let those seats go to waste? Absolute nonsense
