I did a lot this year:
-Got rid of big social medias
-Apartment
-Puppy
-Bangs
-More time reading and writing what I want
-Learn how to live with someone I love and teach them how to live with me
-First full year not in school

Hopefully I can improve on even more of these things in the future

Lecturing on Watergate this morning and trying to decide how to communicate "no, Congress used to care when presidents did crimes!" without derailing the lecture and/or sobbing

Just finished Cursed Bunny by Bora Chung and absolutely loved it! It had been on my radar for a while but I hadn’t been able to get my hands on it until recently.

Now I’m going to start another collection of short stories! I’ll post a short review of Cursed Bunny on Storygraph @its_me_again_emma

I just went to my first book event and met the another short story author, Heidi Bell. I didn’t realize how bad I was at networking until the middle of our conversation.

She had to specifically ask for my last name.

Cause I didn’t tell her when she asked for my name.
