In the short term, folks w/o ins. will still show up at ERs--but without reimbursement, the hospitals--esp. smaller, rural hospitals, will go out of business. I do think that ultimately some of the insurance companies will also fold, since the will no longer turn a profit. It will be chaos.

However the marks on Trump's hands are *not AI-generated, and do point to likely IV infusions. I just read an article where a Congresswoman is alleging that Trump is taking the anti-Alzheimer’s drug Leqembi. This would also explain his tiredness and need for MRI monitoring.

Also, someone reminded me that these changes are in advance of hosting the World Cup. It seems that, despite his peace prize, Trump really doesn't want anyone to attend those games.
