Yeah I'm trying to get back to Spartan race shape again, was considering doing some next year.

I've been bad about getting out to rock climbing lately cause my shoulder was giving me trouble so I've probably fallen back to like 5.9 or 5.10a climbs

I played hockey until age 13, I played soccer until 17, though not super well. Also was in a bowling league all through my teens. And I'm pretty decent at rock climbing and have done a Spartan Trifecta if obstacle course races count 😅
