This is the shit I can’t get on with Mamdani on. Why do we need to cut deals with evil developers who are already eating up all the city space when simultaneously this is happening. Let’s fill the tens of thousands of current vacancies before we start breaking ground for new buildings.

I started a lot more books than I finished in 2025. Going to finish more books this year. 5 is pretty bad lol. Especially since 3 were comics.
