The only losers in Gerrymandered states are the people. Super majorities leads to less spending on education, healthcare, transportation, and infrastructure leading to less economic growth and less opportunity. Both parties need to disarm:

Shocking how many people still buy the argument that tax cuts lead to investment in people, wages, and growth--they don't. Instead they have led to stock buy backs and more money for higher earners, doing little for economic growth or for affordability.
