Y’all do realize that the shooter was aiming for his head to avoid any kevlar. He must have moved slightly after the trigger was pulled. That should scare everyone. There was no hail of bullets, the reports say one shot. The shooter was not a novice.

The things they blew through in law school because you would never deal with it…ever. I’m just waiting to hear that we are now going to have to quarter soldiers and there will be laws that are targeted and specific.

Roberts effectively overturned the Humphrey’s Executor precedent and both lower courts’ rulings in this case in order to allow Trump to fire Slaughter for now — on the shadow docket and through an “administrative” stay issued by him alone.

Watching the West Wing in a post 2016 world is wild. Absolutely wild. They said, “the Republican won’t do this because it will risk alienating Hispanic voters.” We legit live in a completely different world than this show. It’s like the West Wing is from another planet where people are sane.

A man on the highway got my attention to show me his Texas Longhorns hard hat. He did a hook’em, I gave him a Gig’em and then he said, “Be safe, Texas Forever.” This was in Georgia and I have a Texas A&M car tag frame. Anyway, that was fantastic. #Gigem

I just watched “I’m Your Venus.” I just cried my eyes out. Her very macho brothers are still protective over her and she has been gone since 1988. It’s beautiful.
