Are there any good resources to learn about quantitative economics topics other than the identification of causal effects?

I have been reading QuantEcon lectures and I find them quite interesting (as someone who does not have a background in economics).

In the context of software development, I usually reject the idea that we should run experiments for every single "change".

If the expected impact is significantly lower than your minimum detectable effect, you should probably not waste resources running the experiment. #datascience

I am quite uncomfortable with confidence intervals from models based on observational data. Including any variation of robust standard errors.

Your coefficients can change a lot by adding a new independent variable. That is the uncertainty I would like to quantify. #statistics
