Seconding this , unfortunately the misconception that alterhuman = nonhuman has erased a lot of different experiences from view and made people forget that plurality is also included along with many other potentially human alterhumanities and many other independant groups.

btw sorry we've been so negative lately, we've been repeatedly been upset by recent events, and not even our health professionals are helping us that much, we're hoping we don't get misdiagnosed *again*. hopefully we also get some art done before friday.

at the end of the day, it'll always be a just us thing. it's not really that we'll be upset all the time, it's just that we have to deal with this fear of being forgotten if we don't excel in literally everything.

idk, it's one of those things where we can't seem to actually relax on. we've heard many times that it's "perfeccionism", but is it really that when the driving factor is us being the most successful with the most amount of fans ever? idk. (4)

and it's a really bizarre and upsetting sentiment. sometimes we wanna just feel content with what we have, but we don't let ourselves be any less than "perfect", especially when it comes to art and things wr devote our identity to. (3)

it's when our brain demands in our situation that we must be the best, always striving for more, and stamp out competition. it starts to get ridiculous when our competition is "people being better at being themselves than us" sort of deal. (2)
