At the top right, there is a slightly transparent screenshot of a tweet with the caption, "he wants that cookie so effing bad", and the picture itself depicts a Starbucks cake pop that is supposed to resemble a smiling bee, but has humorously small eyes that makes the bee look like it's sizing up the lone chocolate chip cookie to its right with wide eyes. The handwriting rephrases the joke to match Barry the Quokka, instead saying, "He wants to check the garbage so effing bad", a reference to how frequently you can check the garbage (Also read as: Trash bin) in TMOSTH, as he seems to believe there will always be something inside, which isn't always the case. In fact, the very trash bin in the drawing is obviously empty, but Barry's hands shake with his urge to check regardless.
