There’s lots of information about IUDs and people’s experiences as well as advocating for pain relief available that I’d highly recommend if it’s an option. I had a highly traumatic insertion and wish I’d been more informed. Sorry if this advice is unsolicited!

The doctor I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable, took a full medical history and was very validating about my suspected diagnosis and had prescribed for people with the condition before. I felt very secure with the information and prescriptions she provided.

Also, even worse is that - I work in supplement shop, I’ve done the training, what you’re flogging is BOLLOCKS from dodgy suppliers and full of misinformation.

I really want to go swimming but I can NOT push myself to go. 😭
