Is it an admirable goal to get everyone in your state nationally registered? Absolutely! We need to get unified as a profession. Has North Carolina introduced a good bill to make it happen? Only if you like paying twice to be able to work as an EMS provider there.

Not me sitting here as a Paramedic under the DOT while our entire health care and research system is being converted to a peddler wagon selling tarot card readings under HHS.

If you're an EMS service without a sepsis protocol...you're not an EMS service. How could you not have a protocol for something that affects 1.7 million people in the US every year and strikes down 350,000 of them. What the French, toast?!
