We hope SCOTT can prove helpful in shepherding your flock of graphs through curvature filtrations.🐑

Big thanks to @jeremy-wayland.bsky.social for his incredible mentorship throughout. Special thanks also to our Scotland consultants: Mairi McClean and @limbeckkat.bsky.social.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

‘Til next time!

It is also easy to choose your own SCOTT-ish adventure.🚀

Tailor your KILT🪡 with customizable curvature measures:
📏Forman & Balanced Forman
📏Ollivier-Ricci
📏Resistance

And vectorize by either:
🏔️ outlining a persistence landscape, or
📸 snapping a persistence image

The meat of it:

👩‍🍳 curvature computations with a KILT (Krvature-Informed Links and Topology) object
👩‍🍳 persistent homology via edge filtrations
👩‍🍳 vectorization of persistence diagrams
👩‍🍳 distances between vectorizations

…all baked into a digestible SCOTT-ish haggis.🍽️

By combining discrete curvature on graphs with persistent homology, SCOTT provides expressive descriptors of graph sets that are:

✨Robust
✨Stable
✨Expressive
✨Compatible with Statistical Testing

…all made easier - and breezier than a day in the Scottish Highlands.💨
