Great Ignite! Session by @Nimbex2001 on considering duration of roc when evaluating your pt; 60min is an underestimate in most, and “delayed” reversal may result in changes in treatment and prognostication. Use TOF to ensure resolved paralysis. #AEMPlify @SAEM_AEMP @SAEMonline

I knew I’d heard this before! Don’t forget that both ketamine and midazolam are chloride salts, so dilution in NaCl and high doses/infusion rates can contribute to hyperchloremic non-gap acidosis. #NCS2023
