This could become another tried to start exercising and in a few months I'm back on the sofa (I will spend a few hours on the sofa before work playing video games after my shower 🚿. I will try to update tomorrow. It's my fay off. Maybe I can go a little farther. Wish me luck 🤞🍀🙏😁

It's a big test today as I have 3 classes to teach after that and a lot of walking to class between classes and home. I am going to need to see if I can handle this type of morning workout before classes. I am about to stretch to warm down and then a shower. Any tips?

I thought the running would kick up my asthma but I did okay today. I have been doing bike ride and 2+ hour walks. I did the walk jog at a slightly shorter distance than I did my recent walks.

Started doing a combination of walking and jogging today. Jog as far as I can...walk until I catch my 🫁/stamina...rinse and repeat. I here about people I know running 5kms. I ran 5 in about an hour. I doubt it's a good time. I also threw 2068 punches at my punch target machine as a warm up.

Not going to lie. I forget about this account for a minute. Also I may be more addicted to Facebook than I realized. I will try harder here. It takes effort to build a community, so I need to do the work.

Adam Sandler's movie Pixels was pretty good. It had moments where I thought were... not great and you need to be a fan of these games and lived in the 80's to appreciate some of it but over all it was cute and fun. #Qbert #Pixels
