States need to decide in advance, how they're going to react when federal forces try stuff like blocking the roads around a polling place with "immigration checkpoints".

These people *don't care* that they'll lose a lawsuit (paid for by the taxpayer) if they can irreversibly taint the election.

Time to crowd-fund that judge a bodyguard, to head off MAGA stochastic terrorism...

WATCH: Trump’s lawless Ice goons shoot an unarmed priest in the head with a pepper ball. Completely out of control.

It's either a manually operated f-stop, or an optical lathe for making artisanal Bokehs.

"Plenary Authority" is what Hitler got from the Enablement Act. It is literally dictatorship power.

Stephen Miller knows that. He blurted out his fascist dream.

No, they've gone far, but not that far, because plenary authority means SCOTUS doesn't matter.

CNN let him redo the question, and only posted his second answer on their YouTube channel.

Republican White House official Stephen Miller was just caught saying Trump has "plenary authority", echoing Hitler's "plenary authority" from the German Enablement Act.

He realizes it and panics like a child on a Zoom call, standing still to pretend the feed broke.

From the law community on Reddit: Stephen Miller states that Trump has plenary authority, then immediately stops talking as if he’s realized what he just said

By that logic, Stephen Miller is a legal terrorist.

The problem isn't really national origin, the problem is monopolistic behavior and lack of competition.

Even if the money is being collected, What happens next with it is entirely up to Congress.

We already know the Republican party is spineless/cultists when it comes to Trump's illegal impoundments of *not* spending money... But it'd still be a big jump if they started letting him spend on a whim.

No corruption here, folks! Totally normal stuff the deputy director of the CIA(Michael Ellis) just demoted the acting general counsel and decided to make himself the top lawyer while still being the No. 2 in charge.

Before this year anyway, being an ICE agent was 2.5 times safer than being a regular police officer, and 14 times safer than delivering pizza.

Any change to that is entirely due to all the crimes the federal government started committing.

Now *that's* something worth having the (state's own) National Guard out for. Any federal force impeding the vote to be detained until the day is over.
