This is not a routine traffic stop. It is a reaction to not being able to function anonymously, which is the goal. St. Peter, Minnesota is a small city (every municipality in MN is a city). The first rule of small places is that there is no such thing as anonymity.

Why do we focus on carbopn emissions when the problem should be framed as oxygen stealing. Fundamentally more CO2 means less available oxygen. That should resonate.
