1. Stock buybacks and conversion of stock options for sale into buybacks not legal until 1982.
2. Health insurers non-profit before 1973.

And cutting $1.5T in Medicare/Medicaid to help finance $4T in stock buybacks is necessary because trickle-down economics doesn't pay for itself.

Why the cuts? The U.S. taxpayers are on the hook for $4T each term Trump is in office to subsidize corporate stock buybacks, a type of stock manipulation that CEOs use to hype a company’s stock price and trigger bonus pay. Elon would be an example. Jack Welch is another.

I'm guessing not, since they let the same addition to the national debt from 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐩 𝟏.𝟎 stand. We'd be at $𝟐𝟗𝐓 if not for that bullshit.
