My own health is in shambles cause I can't even afford a balanced diet... 35$ for 1kg of ground beef, not even the good one is ridiculous...
SInce I'm poultry allergic (which is the cheapest of all meat) all I can rely on is rice, noodles and bread... and it sucks.
