Wrapping up the morning sessions at today's #GenderPathways event our CEO Dr Hilary Leevers noted the feeling of being in a more positive position than October last year. There has been an increase in uptake in higher education, and there is positive government interest in the issue.

This important work is to counter the stark gender diversity in engineering and technology. Women make up just 16.9% of the workforce - compared to 56% of the overall workforce.
