not really bc active items can have some *brutal* refill quotas/cooldowns so trying it out randomly when you have no idea what it does or if its a near instant refill like the turret vs a more heavy one (i.e stuffed star) can be life or death depending on what stage of your run you are on .w.

I like enter the gungeon in a grand sense, but out of the many complaints I have with it one big one has got to be the super awful vague descriptions of most passive/active items.
I need the wiki open at all times to know what most items do even with 100+ hours in the game.
