Creativity comes form being surrounded by objects that inspire you, it just doesn’t make sense to reduce. You are more creative when you consume, collect, and indulge in what you love.

It never made sense to me why reduction was the answer I was looking for when there is so much joy to be found in more. There is richness and complexity in abundance. In the abundance of memories, experiences, items and objects that sparks joy.

My biggest creative mistake is to subscribe to the idea of minimalism. I liked minimalism because the aesthetics is based in the reduction of form, which appealed to my desperate desire for simplicity and order during a time where my life was really messy.
