Stretching every day is really effective. My range of motion is improved, and stuff that used to cramp me up is fine now.

Saw a tweet saying greyscale makes you use your phone less. Tried it, and feels like using social media in English for me. Greyscale gives you less information, and it demotivates me from using it. By less information, I just mean that I can't fully understand English instantly.

Hard to put into words, but one reason I like Frieren would be that the story is built on the long history of people trying to make the world a better place. I guess this feeling comes from a childish wish that perfect justice exists, and there is a completely right way to do the right thing.
