That’s true. The context of the question is something I heard Todd McShay say he’d been told by a couple teams. “I won’t be taking a guy on day 1 or 2 because I can pick my flavor from a bunch of good options on day 3”.

I say this with all due respect…why on god’s green earth would the Vikings spend a 1st on a WR when he would be 4th (at best) in targets? Are you projecting best player available or random chaos theory?

Do you adjust the ZAP model to account for depth of a position? For instance, this year’s RB8 might go in the 4th or 5th round, but also be as talented as RB3 in previous years who would be drafted in round 3. How do you account for the depth of a position when considering draft capital?

It’s been quite a while since DK has truly been a difference maker for fantasy teams. Was every season outside of his rookie a bad situation? I think it’s fair to say at this point he is a limited WR and does some things really well, but not nearly a complete WR. That’s OK.

My argument is not FOR celebrities. Gross. No. Their celebrity does not make them any more informed or a better candidate. People just feel like it’s a known commodity. And yes, most people are too busy to invest the time.

Because being a politician should not be a career. Thats when you get people looking out for their own interests, only caring about getting re-elected, and having conflicts of interest.
