plz help. my wife and I with our 3 children cannot find a place to live that can accomodate all 5 of us and our dog, all of the 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments are taken by childless couples who have suddenly been made able to afford it so they all moved into bigger spaces for the same rent #abundance

No, because that's how you learn how to be a AAA studio that will do whatever is necessary to make a profit (mass layoffs), because that is business success defined.
Learn leadership. Learn to develop those who work for you into capable leaders too. Hire people who want to do that, everybody wins.
