Exactly, they are different things, because this pope, like those before him, will not support giving equal status to same-sex partners.
Leo continues to support bigotry against the LGBTQ community, and this is an immoral position that is not erased by his call for loving our immigrant neighbors.

Why? Not all republicans are stupid people, they know the truth of how this will hurt people. What do they see as the benefit? I don’t want snarky opinion, I want to understand what their true end goal is!

I’m currently with my grandson at our neighborhood library for kids’ book club; the place is so busy! The book club has 12 kids, all of them enthusiastic and engaged, and now doing a robotics project related to the book they read. This is so freaking cool!!!!

What would you like to see us doing? We ARE protesting; Bernie & AOC are packing venues; D reps are holding townhalls R’s are too cowardly to face; local elections are defeating R’s & bigoted legislation; everything coming from 47’s office is being challenged in court - what else are you expecting?
