I called it. McLaren doesn't care about the WDC, and they are certainly not going to spend money on it.

As it stands, both McLaren drivers need to seriously mess it up for Max to win. I genuinely don't think Woking will pick sides, or invest much more in the current car. They will make it very clear that every time they crash, they only hurt each others' chances.

To be perfectly honest, McLaren couldn't care any less about which driver wins. Including the Dutch one. There's no money on the WDC, and if they want to seriously compete against RBR in the last handful of races, they'd have to spend serious amounts in car dev that could be otherwise put on the '26
