This move, echoing similar actions against other CSOs in 🇬🇪, shows the Georgian Dream party continuing to use the unconstitutional and undemocratic laws recently adopted against civil society. ISFED will use all available legal mechanisms to defend the interests of the organization.

⚠️ On June 23, the Anti-Corruption Bureau presented a court order to our member ISFED, demanding access to nearly all data from 2024 — incl. personal info of beneficiaries and partners.
