I would love to play Survivor, but the game is too laggy on my PC. I loved Fallen Order, both gameplay and story, which works great on my machine.

On the Open-World to Linear spectrum I prefer for it to lean towards linear, but not totally linear. If that makes sense

That is true, they blend together a little bit. However, I think those one to one scenes are more just about paying homage to the books. My headcanon is that it's just a delirious Geralt struggling with his memory of past events.
