Good morning, Bluesky. Here's a small introduction to get things going. I'm a research-based artist, writer and lecturer in photography with an interest in the cultural history of plants, particularly through the lens of plant intelligence. So, expect plenty of posts on plants and photography.
In addition to my creative practice I also write on subjects such as queer ecology and the cultural history of the oak tree. Two subjects that unite in my study of an oak tree in Virginia Woolf's 'Orlando' (1928), published in Antennae Journal in 2024 and edited by @giovannialoi.bsky.social.
