Absolutely correct. The drop-off factor is indeed a stark revelation! The key would have been getting a few of the swing states to do official recounts. The russian tail-ridden bell curve distributions cannot occur naturally. It's evidence of data modification.

As for our laws, he feels he should be able to ignore or modify them at will. He's detrimental on many fronts!

Unfortunately, Trump is thoroughly unaware of how crucial maintaining security is for many of the systems he holds power over. When such systems don't directly affect his own life, he considers them expendable (he tends to have a "so what"?" attitude).

No matter what happens from here, there's little doubt that he's copied the databases. As such, the next concern is precisely what he may do with the data.
