Sigyn, a Nordic Dibellan mystic, definitely more than a little unhinged, but she's pretty quiet about it, spending most of her time creating tapestries with religious and often esoteric iconography.

Oblivion's character creator leaves a lot to be desired so I tried to work out an idea for a HoK in Skyrim's creator since I have plenty of mods to help out... I'm not sure if he's technically an Imperial, Breton, or Nord yet, but he does have Altmer lineage, hence the pointed ear tips.
