Beautiful dinner at Campana in PDX. Fennel Sformato, braised beef cheek & chicken liver stuffed raviolini with marinara, and braised rabbit with brodo as the sauce, roasted chestnuts, and fresh tagliatelle.

Cooking at home tonight! It’s raab season at the farmers market right now, one of my favorites! Chicken Italian meatballs over creamy polenta with marinara. Sautéed kale raab with chili flake & green garlic.

Dishes I made at Mexico Lindo Cooking Class in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. One of the best cooking classes I’ve ever done. Highly recommend if you’re in the area & want authentic food. Chicken & Salsa Verde Tamales, Chicken Tinga, Chorizo & Potato Quesadillas, Flan.

Great, easy recipe from NYT Cooking! Merguez and kale pasta. I used lamb not beef, and added harissa paste.
