At a Renn Faire Smithy shop my boyfriend saw me admiring this Claymore beauty. At the end of the day he said he wanted to pick up something he’d seen. To my surprise it was gift wrapped with a note stating it was mine if I promised never to use it on him. I later married that cute frog prince.

Yesterday before the snow I ventured out to walk the trails in the woods surrounding the standing stones. My husband Jeff and our dog Duncan enjoyed our walks there. Jeff left for Summerland in 2019 & Duncan followed last Nov. I miss you both so much and left a ribbon in remembrance on our tree. ❤️

In my house the newly adopted 90 lb dog got stitches from the 10 lb cat. Cinder sat and calmly observed (with an occasional hiss) for a week then climbed off his perch, walked up and slapped him. Hierarchy established first week and lived peacefully thereafter for 15 yrs together. 😂

My bathroom used to get crowded with a collie and 2 cats. I am grateful they never shrieked at the spectacle of me getting out of the shower. 😂

I had a yr old cat Cinder and adopted a 9month old collie Duncan. Cinder observed for a few days, then came over and smacked Duncan with a claw across the nose and the hierarchy was established. They lived peacefully together for 16 years. Cinder passed in ‘23 and Duncan in early Nov. Miss them!
