They complain about gentrification because they know that plot that is currently housing 10 families is going to be demolished to house 5 wealthier families with no plan for the 10 families displaced other than ‘not here’. If developments targeted all parts of the market they would see support.

I don’t think I have a single woman between me and the CEO at my company. I’ll be on calls with 15 people… and I’m the only woman. But sure, women are taking over white collar work.

Years might be a bit too conservative there. I can agree that a lot can be gained from body weight and iso exercises but the neural drive stimulation you get from even moderately weighted movements is pretty important to improving performance. 10-15 reps is probably better for a beginner than 3-5.

Outsourcing to AI implies you do not care about the quality of that particular piece. But every project is limited by it’s weakest part so the apathy infects everything. Brilliant efforts are going to be missed by including and deferring to AI.

Surgery is hard. Like harder than you think. It’s totally worth it, but it’s hard. If it’s a “might be nice” type thing would hold off. Happy to talk more if that’s a thing you want to know about.
