They complain about gentrification because they know that plot that is currently housing 10 families is going to be demolished to house 5 wealthier families with no plan for the 10 families displaced other than ‘not here’. If developments targeted all parts of the market they would see support.

Years might be a bit too conservative there. I can agree that a lot can be gained from body weight and iso exercises but the neural drive stimulation you get from even moderately weighted movements is pretty important to improving performance. 10-15 reps is probably better for a beginner than 3-5.

Surgery is hard. Like harder than you think. It’s totally worth it, but it’s hard. If it’s a “might be nice” type thing would hold off. Happy to talk more if that’s a thing you want to know about.
