Pari Sabety starts us off with some math! "In the last decade, Republicans have received 54% of the vote statewide, yet they hold 10 out of 15 congressional seats. That’s 67% of the seats for just 54% of the vote. That is not democracy. That is the definition of gerrymandering!"
