Home from ANE and got to say, I was a bit disappointed. Lines were incredibly long, the public social areas were always incredibly packed and I don't think I've ever been jostled and shoved so much at a con. Made the best of it with friends at least.

I finished and enjoyed Avowed, and really enjoyed the world, so decided to try Pillars of Eternity. In the first town, recruited a character and said "That's clearly Matt Mercer doing the voice." Imagine my surprise 20 minutes later, in the same town, when another Matt Mercer joined!

I kept it active for a while, but I finally cancelled my FF14 sub. Not because I don't like it - I just don't have the time to dedicate to an MMO anymore, and I'm not clear when/if I'll have that time in the future.

Every year my mother gets me a bunch of lotto scratchers. I HATE scratchers. There's something deeply unpleasant to me about the feeling of scratching them, and it's frustrating to repeat that same action over and over again on $40 bucks worth of scratchers to end up winning 2 dollars.

The greatest Next Generation debate - which season 1 episode is worse: Code of Honor or Angel One? In my opinion, the script for Angel One is worse, but in execution, Code of Honor is worse (they didn't HAVE to cast the entire alien race as black people)

After some....MINOR hurdles the media server proceeds apace. Now Sonarr is tracking my series and auto downloading as episodes come out - was pleasantly surprised to see the new Fallout episode download automatically and add itself to my library
