House Dems are demanding that Noem testify before Congress after Sen. Padilla was detained by federal agents at her DHS press conference in LA.

Sen. Alex Padilla: "If this is how this DHS responds to a senator with a question, I can only imagine what they're doing to farmers, to cooks, to day laborers out in the Los Angeles community and throughout California and throughout the country. We will hold this administration accountable."

Judge rules AmeriCorps must restore grant funding and members to Nevada and other states that sued. It comes after about 200 AmeriCorps members in Nevada abruptly lost their jobs in April as part of Trump administration cost-cutting.
