The only way this could definitely be enforced is if you traveled to the US before your documentation was updated. Since I attended high school in the US as a walking closet, I guess I have just received an impromptu 4-year travel ban.

I think this would be primarily targeted at trans* people with some prominence and intersex athletes (because, very unfortunately, the MAGA crowd doesn't know what intersex means). I also expect it to be applied haphazardly and based on looks, which will weep a lot of cis people as well.

I don't know how this would be enforced on first-time travelers in the US or how it would apply to intersex individuals whose original birth certificate is often left blank in some countries. US embassy generally cannot rummage through your medical documentation in your own country.

Sending my support to everyone, too. My PTSD has been horrific for the last month or so. Sending hugs to everyone, especially those in the US and Ukraine. It's awful how the Trump administration relishes in its open hatred.
