We’re in Virginia Beach for a soccer tournament. Staying “downtown” which is amazingly walkable and enjoyable, but only 4x2 blocks. Interested in seeing surrounding areas, but have zero desire to drive in their cluster-f of highways. Their lack of rail transit is appalling, and lost them business.
