How @caeliniscreepy.bsky.social and I play Harvest by @keymastergames.bsky.social:

🧑‍🌾 Caelin: tralala I think I'll go pick up some 🍓 and 🫐 at the General Store teehehe and that's my turn 💁‍♀️

😤 Me: *very stressed* if I don't find a way to optimize this turn with maximum efficiency I MIGHT JUST DIE 💀

It's also wild how much dental insurance makes a difference. Without insurance it would've cost me $1388 to get brutalized in the mouth

With insurance I get brutalized for free 💅

If you're wondering how it's a surprise — they told me I'd have to make an appointment, but they did not tell me just how many I'd be getting 🥲

Got wrecked at the dentist by having to do FOUR SURPRISE FILLINGS today 💀

I am never not flossing again good god

I do but it's not as interesting! Mostly me just farting around with the dials and experimenting with what works

Guess how many scatter brushes were used in the making of this?

I know it feels useless to throw money at a problem but, it's a stopgap in the interrim for people who just have no other option right now. it DOES keep them going, it does work.

This war has to end, scream at your reps but in the meantime, send a venti coffee's worth their way?

If you are Canadian, call the Department of Global Affairs between 830AM-430 PM EST. Use this script. Demand they open the border. You don't have to talk directly to anyone. Leave a voicemail, use the script in the second image or use your own words. Alt Text provided.
Urgent Call to action:
End starvation in Gaza now. Call Global affairs to end Starvation.
1) Dial 1-800-267-8376 & Press 1 for English
2) Listen to all the menu options & press 6 for "All other inquiries"
3) Leave a voicemail (during working hours): read the provided script. You may provide your name, e-mail, and phone number
4) Press 1 to save your message & hang up. Phone Call Script
"Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening

My name is [name] email phone number, I am a Canadian citizen and a concerned constituent. I am calling because I am heart broken and outraged by the deliberate, systematic starvation of Palestinians in Gaza.

Right now, children are dying of hunger. Families are boiling water with salt just to survive. Over half a million people are facing catastrophic food insecurity - This is not a famine caused by nature, it is a man-made famine, intentional act of cruelty. Since the blockade in March of 2025, 57 children have already died of malnutrition-related causes, and nearly 71,000 children under five are projected to develop acute malnutrition.

Canada cannot stand by. This is a matter of human decency and international law. I am urging you to publicly demand an immediate end to the use of starvation as a weapon in Gaza. I am asking you to push for unimpeded access for food, water, and humanitarian aid and to use every diplomatic and political tool Canada has, including at the UN and with allies, to pressure Israel to lift its siege and allow aid in NOW.

Canada has a moral and legal obligation to act. Please don't let silence become complicity.

Thank you"

“A full suamsh makes for you a happy heram”
“bood food is bood mood”

I encourage everyone to consider attending one of the many demonstrations planned for tomorrow across the country.

Show up. Demand accountability. Peacefully protest.

The only viable use cases of AI - even at today's massively subsidized price points - are to scale up scams, grifts, cheating, plagiarism, and carelessness.

Which makes sense - 80% of everything is shit, which includes training data. AI is trained on slop, so it makes (lower resolution) slop.

And, yeah, all of these issues are inherent in how we mismanage software development already. What Large Language Models are doing is magnify the flaws in our already inadequate approach to making software
