(2/4) So many topics are touched on. KJK has a killer way of taking everyday life elements and twisting them just slightly into something more intense when it calls for it, while leaving some things more surface-level in this book.

(2/3) Ugh! Kat has done it again! It had been a minute since I read book two, Dead Folk, but right from the first paragraph, I was sucked right back in. There was so much action, tension, terror, and grief here, and the combination of those was intense!
