To me the scary idea is that it's intentional. They want to reduce access to government services. At the same time they close SSA offices, they make virtual access impossible as well. If those freeloaders can't load the website, they can't steal the money that belongs to oligarchs.

I'm hard pressed to try to think of a situation where I would decide myself to see a specialist directly and not want to talk to my own doctor who knows my history.

As opposed to a nurse or admin from the insurance company who will decide if my problem is worthy of a doctor visit.

Better get this out of the way then. I'm building a ballroom. Can I avoid declaring my bribes as income by calling them donations?

It was one of them sirens about to lure us to the bottom with their magical song! Or at least, you know, we couldn't rule that out.

I fantasize about a follow up question. "Mr. President. What is it that makes me a terrible reporter? Is it because my questions make you feel uncomfortable? Are you worried that most Americans believe you are doing a bad job and you want reporters to help you cover up your failures?"

This is stupid on its face. Consider a bank that wants to close branches. They build out online solutions first. They cut hours of operation. They make easy to use applications on mobile platforms. They allow you to scan documents. When foot traffic gets low enough, then they close up.

RFK: Uuhh, I found this turkey by the side of the road and I had to fight some buzzards for it. Uuhh. I brought it home and marinated it in a bucket of raw milk. Uhhrmmm.

RFK said its fine to leave it on the counter for up to six weeks.

It's a word used by bullies who can only feel better about themselves by making others feel worse. It's telling how many of these slur words Trump and his supporters are comfortable using.

The people who are surprised by this - bother me. The people who are indifferent to this - scare me. The people who are applauding this - terrify me.

At least this wouldn't be unprecedented. The US has a sad history of helping dictators escape justice.

I want to break free, I want to break free
I want to break free from your lies
You're so self-satisfied I don't need you
I've got to break free
God knows, God knows I want to break free

At least when LLM does it, it isn't intentional like humans. If you tell the LLM that you care about truth, it is more likely to give you truth. Like "according to recognized experts in the field..." Tell a human you want the truth, you get lies.

Has anybody noticed that there's a war on healthcare?

He does make me feel like I'm a pretty good person by comparison. Maybe his value to society is that we'll finally get fed up and fix the system that produced him... Ah, it hurts too much to be optimistic these days.
