I’m thinking he tries to use the Venezuelan oil money to fund them and try to get around the Senate. Obviously there’s no legal mechanism for this, but still.

We need to find leaders, or leaders need to come forward, who are absolutely committed to non-violence, that can guide and focus the justified rage we’re now feeling. The administration wants the appearance of chaos, and the lack of a unified voice.
