If they don’t want a functioning government, they shouldn’t be working for the government! This is pretty simple. You wouldn’t make me the General Manager of the Boston Celtics!

But then it morphs into people who are actively hostile to the idea of government. Which makes less sense but not wholesale looney tunes. The problem comes when these people are actually elected to power.
