I also wondered about the short 2 min cutoff. I would anticipate the incidence of collapse would be higher in both groups. Hard to know how it would affect the relative risk.

I want to see the ECG. Am I correct that hypo K can lead to false readings of prolonged QT due to the presence of inverted T waves and U waves? I’m fairly sure I have seen a case presenting with QTc > 500 that was a misread by the computer due to hyperK.

P (in my version) stands for Pathophysiology:
- bronchospasm
- pulmonary edema
- etc.
