My post should have said not legally allowed to fly anyone for money. That’s why the 135 certificate is so valuable.

Part 91 and Part 135 flying and how this whole process works. Having a 135 certificate is like being a agent for the aircraft and allows the owner to benefit from flying it when the owner doesn’t need its use.
