Brazil, India, Italy, and Japan pledge to quadruple sustainable fuels by 2050, following the release of the IEA’s new report.
The commitment, the Belém 4×, was launched in Brasília during the pre-COP event, to accelerate global deployment of sustainable fuels.

2023 might turn out as being the last year (in the Netherlands) with the #iCEV dominant over #EV engines. 69% of newly registered vehicles had a combustion engine, 68% had an electric engine. Still 37% of all vehicles had both ICE and EE, ranging from mild hybrid to plug-in.

Norway, the supposed green country is using 70% fossil based electricity because it has sold the green electricity through selling the guarantees of origin (GoO). This is a well known practice of double claiming: without Norwegian or Icelandic GoO’ climate targets elsewhere will not be met.👇
