Isn’t a requirement of science that something should be testable? What if we get to a point where we design a framework that can be molded to solve any gravitational anomaly but we cannot verify it is true with any experiment, sounds like a belief system more than a scientific theory.

Would this move the dark matter hypothesis closer to pseudo science?
