I don't think all of this would happen, it is bad enough if parts of it are realized. For example, a lot of Europeean airlines are flying Boeing, RyanAir is one of them.
One thing that will happen is a stop if buying F35 airplanes and other US military stuff.

As far as I understand, the exchange rate is mostly controlled by the Kremlin. There is not a lot of trade and there are certainly no investors that want to by bonds due to the high rate.
Most bonds are sold to Russian banks who has to buy them.
